Description

Cecil is one of my fan characters in my fan-fic "Percy and the Old Station Yard." He is old, experienced and a bit grumpy at times, and he had been working at the abandoned station yard longer than the diesel, Dan - another one of my fan characters.

Percy and the Old Station Yard was written by me.
